He went way up and beyond to help us and answer our questions. He also helped us before Christmas with a gift we were interested in purchasing, again he was very helpful. "They advertise and display items in store that they "supposedly" sell BUT the only way to get them is to pay for delivery to your home. They have never had any stock or delivery to the store at all. It has always been a DISPLAY ONLY item. If I wanted an ONLINE store, home depot would NOT be it! People come to box stores to PICK UP what they want and need. Not to be scammed and required to pay for shipping. The LEAST you could do is have it shipped to the store for FREE and the customers can come pick it up! I know you are more than happy to overcharge for shipping at the customers expense AFTER we have already wasted time and money driving to your location in the first place. Stop trying to rip people off and make sales on items you never had any intention of stocking! Terrible customer service! Be satisfied with what you sell IN THE STORE. STOP TRYING TO DOUBLE DIP AT OUR EXPENSE!"
