"I love going to Seaside therapy to Ms. Pearson. She reminds me of my family who is from New Orleans. I like how she keeps me accountable for my b.s. Case in point I got lazy in my workouts and started to gain weight. I have goals to achieve and being lazy isn’t helping me or anyone else. With her talking to me and calling me on my b.s it put it in my purview of what I was doing and not doing. She has helped me get back on track with my goals and since I have lost 40lbs and I am so thankful for her because had she let me go and continue the way I was going I might of gained 40+ Instead of loosing the weight.
