"LOVE Dr. Fain. The staff was very nice and welcoming. He is extremely understanding of what you want for your child and doesn’t push you to do things for ur baby if you don’t want something done to them (vaccinations)etc. He is a very nice man and was very sweet to my little boy the first time we went to his office! Totally recommend anyone who wants a good pediatrician to go to him!!!"

"We’ve used Dr. Fain for years. He’s professional and kind. Spends as much time as necessary to explain things and ask questions and let’s you ask questions. He’s not quick to write a ton of unnecessary prescriptions or run unnecessary test. He listens and he cares. He’s a great doctor!"

"My husband took my son for a checkup shortly after we moved to Ocean Springs. I called to make the appointment, completed all the required documents and faxed them to the office. When I called back to confirm they had received them, the receptionist or nurse I spoke with was a bit crazy. She literally tried to rile me up, though I remained calm. My husband had the same experience with her while he was there. She kept repeating to me, "just calm down miss, we won't tell your husband," when talking about not having the forms. I was not even upset and offered to fax them again, but she wouldn't let it go. Then when my husband was there and accidentally walked out of the door with my son carrying one of the little toys from the reception area, she ran out like a crazy person and got the toy and started saying, "don't worry sir, we won't tell your wife." Other than the crazy lady, my husband said the doctor was very nice and they were in and out, which is a big change from our pediatric clinic in Hattiesburg. So five stars for the doctor, no stars for the other employee."

"Dr. Fain is excellent with kids. His one medical receptionist is not very helpful and she seems to be always making things very uncomfortable for me given that I have joint custody. She often thinks she owns the practice and comes across as though she has something against me. I have caught her on the phone with the father and she is pleasant and cordial but a little short and curt with me."
