"Show up for my first appointment... And was told the nurse practitioner wasn't in today. No calls. Nothing. Waited over a week for this appointment. Jazz, the receptionist who was too busy eating to check me in and chatting copped an attitude right away when I said they didn't call me to let me know the nurse would be gone for the day. She said "girl" ... I told her not to address me like that and she proceeded to insult me. Never have I ever been so disrespected at a business. Oh and to make matters worse... I guess since I am a new patient I can only see a nurse practitioner...so they want me to wait another week for an appointment. What a joke. Unprofessional all the way around. Jazz ...you need a new job."
