"While I welcomed the ability to book online (however it asks you to prepay and I felt obligated to prepay the tip) and multiple therapists allows you to get in on short notice, I did not enjoy my experience with Brandon. His hands and breath smelled like cigarettes, the oil he used was unscented so it didn’t help cover it up. I came in for upper back and neck pain and wanted focused attention there. I felt he didn’t meet my request at all. I know the customer can always speak up, but I didn’t feel comfortable to do so."
