Ole Miss Softball Complex

"This was my twin girl's first experience at a college softball game. They started playing softball last year, and I've been meaning to take them to an olemiss game. Since the games are free to anyone, I thought they might enjoy seeing a live fast pitch game. It was senior night, so it was a little more crowded than usual, we heard. They thoroughly enjoyed it, though. We definitely will be taking them back to more games next year. The concession line was extremely long, so it took a very long time to get our drinks. I missed the entire first inning. But other than that, great experience. We lost the game at the top of the 7th to Alabama, with a 3 shot homerun, so that was disappointing, but it was still a good experience for their first game. Can't wait for next year. Go rebels! Also, make sure if you make a sign that it's on an 8x11 piece of paper. My girls made one, but it was on a cardboard, and they were unable to take it into the game. The lady was nice about it, and we just sat it outside the gate till after the game and picked them back up."
