"I moved into college town this year in a three bedroom apartment. The rent I am paying is manageable, but next year they are nearly doubling my rent. Me and my roommates are moving into a five bedroom apartment next year here, but we’re still paying exactly $100 more even when having two extra roommates. It’s honestly a bit of a stretch if you want to live here. It’s a safe neighborhood though and the houses are nice, but you’re getting the same thing as you would get anywhere else in Oxford, except more expensive. Just depends if you want to live in a cute neighborhood."
