"Not sure how these people are giving five stars. The only good thing about my visit was I didn't have to wait for my appointment. My biggest problem with this office is you can't get in touch with them if you have issues, and they never call you back. Had an issue with a test they wanted me to do. Called and got sent to voicemail and of course, no one called me back. I had to chase them down by calling the receptionist. Then, they scheduled an MRI exam two weeks out, but didn't send the paperwork to the hospital until two days before the exam. Of course, MRI approval takes 2+ business days, so when I got down to the hospital (after taking a vacation day) they wouldn't do the MRI because it wasn't approved. The doctor could have changed the order and made it a priority and they would have approved it the same day and I could have done the MRI that day, but of course I couldn't get in touch with them, and again they never called back after I left a voicemail. Two days later I haven't heard anything from them still. I could call them back, but I think I'll just find another doctor. Between that and the super rushed appointment with the doctor where you can't even ask questions, it's clear this office, or at least Dr. Huber, just doesn't have time for patients. Edit: Amusingly, despite responding to my review, no one from this office has ever contacted me. My MRI was rejected by the insurance five days ago, which the doctor was notified of, and still, no one contacted me about next steps. I only found out about the rejection by calling my insurance."
