"Terrible customer service. I ordered a set of irons from the website. They were shipped from this store. They did not come in the original packaging. Instead, the Oxford, MS store put them in an oversized box with a scrap of paper and shipped them. I called the store to discuss and the manager was no help."

"Good selection, and helpful staff, but many, many items in the store do not have price. You're constantly having to Google how much things cost that are sitting right there in front of you on the shelf. I don't know why it's so hard to put up price tags."

"Good store and friendly customer service, however they do not answer the phone making it impossible to do anything unless you drive there. I sat on the phone for 30 minutes today as it rang and rang and rang. I need to make an appointment to get my bike serviced, yet it's impossible to do that without driving over there and wasting gas. What's the point in having a phone if you don't use it?"

"They had a good selection of clothes . I went in the store 30 mins before closing. I had 2 sales people following me afraid I was gonna mess their neat stacks up. Mind you they weren't trying to help me & didn't ask if I needed any help. I could plainly tell they wanted me to leave. I had 2 sweatshirts picked up that I was going to buy but I didn't after the way I was treated. Won't go back to this store. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the nice clothes U saw"
