"I moved here October 2020. I love the place. Most people keep to themselves, like I do. Contrary to what one person posted, it is quite. I have heard one disturbance since I've been there. My apartment patio faces out toward the pool and common area. The children play out there and I enjoy hearing them play!!!! I know a lot of children from the school where I use to work. I would recommend this complex to anyone. In fact I did to one of my friends but there are none available. One down thing is the playground. I have my grandchildren on the weekends some and the playground could be improved like Bridgewaters. Been here 3 years. Complex is quite and I've not seen or heard of the situations that other people have said. Property has been well taken care and additional dumpsters have been placed throughout the complex. I would still recommend this apartment complex. I'm going into my 4th year here."

"For my first apartment, it’s perfect! It’s a quiet, friendly complex! Mrs. Kenyatta is amazing, if it wasn’t for her help, patients, and kind words I wouldn’t have my own place!"

"They are bullies, unprofessional, worst attitudes ever. Acting like that and the apartments are disgusting. I never seen the outside of an apartment look so bad. Walked through the breeze way and saw roaches. They need new management and for someone to save these apartments because it's a mess. I see everyone has moved and I see why."

"This is perhaps the worst apartment complex you could possibly live in in Ocean Springs Mississippi. They evicted my son right after he got deployed to the Middle East. Albiet he did not have a current lease because the management of the complex was in such disarray every time he tried to go to the office to sign a new lease No one was ever available. He lost everything including his bed, personal belongings, and all furniture dishes everything so when he comes back from deployment, he has to start over, this place is absolutely horrible. He was never even late on rent btw. Even paid while out of the country! When we lived there we heard gunshots on a regular basis and people were getting robbed. My car was broken into, and there were random drug busts all the time do not move here people!"

"First of all let me just say CODY IS AMAZING!! He is our property mngr and I hope he stays with us for a very long time. He is always ON IT! He is firm, fair and consistent! I have not lived in an apartment in many years so I was not too happy that I had to make this choice to move into one last year. I have been here for 9 months and will def be signing for another year. Our neighbors keep to themselves for the most part and we have not had one bit of trouble from anyone. We did move in with a newborn and the younger neighbors above us were a bit loud but I spoke to them on a few occasions and they completely understood where I was coming from and have since then kept the noise down after a certain time and I TRULY appreciate that!!! It's typical apt living and things go wrong but maintenance has always been able to fix the issues in fairly decent time. Thank you!! I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the pool is way too small for the size of the community. Other than that no complaints "
