Toulon Apartments

"First of all I give this star based on the way management handles their business here. The management here has decided to sweep under the rug after I expose them for lying. The water is charge based on usage but as you will see in the pictures the meter in my apartment has been unplugged since I moved in yet they still charge me the max amount per month at $60 , without giving me answers of how is this possible. Yet they continue to send me a paper bill with some BS water meter reading that they can’t provide a contact to confirm this billing it’s a big scam and unfortunately the residents here have to pay for that."

"Lived here on and off since 2013 and absolutely love it. Great staff, clean and safe. Nina cares about the tenants and will do what she can to work with those who are honestly trying their best. She's fair and honest, but most of all compassionate. Won't find a better landlord or place here in Ocean Springs."

"This is truly a great place. Management is always on top of their game. Maintenance is always took care of quickly. The staff is very friendly and always ready to do what's needed to make sure residents are treated good. I have done a/c work here for years as a contractor, I have spoke with dozens of residents, I know all staff on first name basis and they pay their bill's on time. Whether your looking for a job or a place to live this is the place."

"Lived here for a few years the only issue we had as soon as moving until the end was roaches the manager made it seem as if it was us or our fault, havent had any roach issues in any other apartments since moved out of here. Overall a great experience, very fast maintenance attendance, very nice complex(besides the roaches). Maurice is so respectful and always nice!"

"This is the best apartment I’ve ever had. The property grounds and its units are clean, plus the location is convenient being near I-10, Hwy 90, and Walmart. Most importantly, the management team is very friendly and accommodating. I never had an issue staying here. When I leave the Gulf Coast, I hope my next rental housing will be like Toulon."
