"I have lived here for the past three years and it is an amazing place to live. Walking distance to the beach, newly painted, beautiful pool, and every request I have ever had has been answered in a timely manner. The property manager, Lindsay, goes above and beyond to take care of residents and the property itself. When there were issues with the pool this summer (& the complex was missing a maintenance man) Lindsay was out there on her days off working and trying to get it up and running for the residents. She has always been very kind and attentive to my family. Definitely recommend Legacy at Beach Club!"

"I love my apartment & Ms. Paula that works in the office. Along with maintenance they’re very prompt w/work orders. BUT the down side of living here is Lindsey in the office. She is hardly ever in the office, along with the fact that her kids are menaces in the complex. They run wild on the property, to the point multiple residents have made complaints. Her youngest has literally walked into my house without permission. I could go on & on about the things I’ve experienced w/ her & her children in the 6 months I’ve lived here. I didn’t realize we were paying rent to be her personal baby sitter. Other than that this property is safe, quiet, well maintained, great location & great price for what you get."
