"It is a nice quiet place to live. I work non-standard hours, I, mostly, sleep all day. When I first moved in this was NOT a nice place to live in but has become so. As long as your rent is on time, you don't make too much noise or mess and allow them, within reason, access to the apartment there should be no problem. This has been my experience here and I have live here over 10 years."

"This place does not even deserve stars, let me explain. When I was living here, the current owners had bought it out. Everyone in the complex was excited to see the place get turned around because they had promised so much. Not two weeks after they bought it, they evicted over 30 low income families. Everyone was confused because they promised to make it a better living space for everyone. I worked nights and slept during the day while my boyfriend worked(Not to mention i sleep nude, this is important). The forced themselves into my house, had police RESTRAIN my neighbor, to spray for bugs unannounced in which they had looked into everything in my apartment while this man sprayed for bugs in my livingroom, kitchen, and then my room. Im a hard sleeper, so I didnt wake up the entire time, but my neighbor was being forced back into her apartment as she was trying to tell them that I was asleep and they hadnt given me any notice. They evicted a woman who was in the hospital for having a baby, because she hadnt been home in a few days. They evicted an older woman who was also in the hospital because she was dying.. Another man was evicted after telling them( the landlady) that they could not look into a safe he had in his apartment because they believed he was a danger to the community. When WLOX wanted to interview us, we gave it our all trying to explain that none of us had anywhere else to go and they were feeding us lies until they forcefully removed us. He was shooed off the property. We all waited for the interview to air, only to find out that they had paid him off to not show anything and to get rid of it all. Some people shouldnt have authority. I knew so many people in that complex that never got back up when they had gotten evicted.. Just so you know before you apply here, theyre known for wrongful evictions. That was my home. I was never late for rent. I was always clean. I just dont understand. I speak for alot of people... None of us understand."
