"We have been here for a year, and we love it. The staff is amazing- they really just do an amazing job. The maintenance guys are great too- we had an issue and Rick responded (at 5am) and was so friendly and helpful. Just a really nice place to live. We appreciate the staff and all the hard work guys!"

"This is a very well run rental complex. The staff is very friendly and helps out the best they can. There are quite a few dog owners living there and that works out well if you like dogs. Being by the beach is a huge plus. We take walks all the time. The gated security works most of the time. I only have a couple of issues but they are not deal breakers. Parking can be a problem. There is no reserved parking spots. The later you arrive back to your apartment..... chances are you are going to have a decent walk because of lack of parking. Not good on days you go grocery shopping. I like dogs but sometimes they don't like me... I have been bit once and lunged at more than once. Like I said these are not deal breakers just annoyances. I do like Arbor Station and would not hesitate to recommend it."
