"I usually don’t leave reviews but this is much needed. I have been living in here since the end of March , within 2 weeks I started having issues with my hot water. Here it is September and I’m still having issues with my hot water. Being that this is a violation of my lease it clearly states that my lease should automatically be terminated if the issue persists but I’m being told that I have to pay $2550 to get out of a lease that they are violating. I have reached out to the corporate office via email and voicemail and never received any response. I have been dealing with a flea infestation for over a month and a half and I don’t own any pets. My son was almost bitten by a venomous snake a few weeks ago . Sunday night we couldn’t get into our unit because another tenant had their dog in front of my door pooping and it tried to attack us. My stay here has been so traumatic it has caused me to start having eczema flare ups, anxiety attacks and depression. I feel so hopeless and I’m mentally exhausted. Paying $1350/ month to live like this is insane. People in low income communities doesn’t have issues like this. All these people care about is your money they don’t care about your well being or the safety of your children. Be aware and stay away from this company and their properties."

"Best place I’ve rented from! We’ve been here since early this year & anytime I have ANY issues w/ anything, from rent to maintenance, Mrs. Rachel & Daniel are on it IMMEDIATELY! The apts are spacious, the pool is awwwwesome, the grounds are WELL maintained, the new grilling area is pretty cool & it’s also a safe community to live in for you & your family! As a mom of 2 boys, safety is very important to me. My husband & I feel good knowing that our kids are in a safe & secure environment."

"So I want to say this I just left this place October 31st. Moved out not only due to the price increase, but that was one of the reasons. I have to say if you’re thinking about moving in to this complex. I would say don’t trust me it is not worth the money they are now charging. $900-1,200 a month. The appliances are outdated, some of the apartments have mold. They are not looking to really update anything any time soon. The parking is atrocious, and not enough for the apartments. Parking lot is filled with massive pot holes. I think the place is good for low income people to afford which is why I think most people have left I think just today counting my family 5 more families moved out. And since July or so maybe 60 others have left and there is 180 units I think. The new owners might be trying to make back what they paid for the place but I think they’re probably losing money right now. The manager there is not truthful or even personable she never has the office open like the sweet lady that was the manager. She just doesn’t seem like a people person. She is rude, and isn’t very honest. The place is more now like a business than a community. Things have been said they’re wanting to compete with Arbor Station (which is such a laugh) trust me if you can find some where better for $900 for a 1 bed 1 bath, $1,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Or $1,200 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Do so I would not recommend this place. Now before this broad management took over I would recommend this place in a second!! Now HECK NO!!! Don’t go there don’t rent from there you’d have better luck and experience any where else. And like others say I’d leave no stars if I could!! You were warned!!"

"I give them a 1 star because they went up on the rent from $750 too 1000 a month for a 2 bed 2 bath and haven’t did any upgrades to the apartment that people live in. I heard rent going to 50 are 60 dollars but not 250 when you haven’t done any work. The only thing that’s nice about theses apartment is the office where you sign your lease at."

"Not worth the 2nd highest place to rent in Long Beach. Trash is all around the fence . People let there pets use the bathroom everywhere. The pool is small the work out room is small the apts are small. No one watches their kids. This place went under the las t 3 years my first year was nice. Maintenance is good for small stuff they are on it but I ve been asking them to fix a part in the floor now for 2 years. They keep saying they are going to do it and never do. Yeah , unless things change and get a lot better I am going to Arbor Station for that much."
