"March 12th 2024 at 5:10pm, I walk in the store to get a new copy of Animal Crossing, which they did not have in stock. As my daughter and I browse, we here the employee talk to another customer about how horrible Xbox is and that they will cease to exist soon. This was not great for my daughter to hear considering she used her birthday money to purchase a Xbox Series S. Point is, probably not appropriate for her arbitrarily bad mouth the products you sell, as well as spread unsubstantiated rumors and fear mongering. It also makes no business sense. I also wanted to add that their used copy without a case was $2 more than a brand new copy at Walmart."
