"THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY EVER !!!!!! EVERYONE TAKE MY WORD ON THIS! MY DAUGHTER HAS THE FLU AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE MY DAUGHTER HER MEDICATION AND TELLING US THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 6 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!! WHATTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'VE NEVER HEARD SUCH A THING IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!!!!!! AND IM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS PHARMACY!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS AT ANY OTHER PHARMACY AROUND TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I just had a new baby and havent been back to work so i can add her to my insurance yet. This is the second time ive had to get a rx for her without insurance. The lady in drive thru cierra both times took time to find a coupon so i didnt have to pay an insanely high price. You can tell she truly cares for people that come through her line"

"We are new to the area. We have had three different scrips called in at different times in the past three weeks. Not one has been done on time or complete. They say they are short staffed and can’t handle the work load. So why don’t you just shut down and let someone else handle the work load. Quit taking orders if you can’t fill them. Some people really need their meds the same day. I just picked up an order from them and asked if it was complete. Nice lady at the counter said she took care of me it was complete. I went home. Not complete. Call back up there and another lady say I meant to tell the lady that waited on you that we didn’t have one of the three scrips but she forgot to tell her. Now it will be tomorrow before we can have another pharmacy fill it. Very poor management."

"Yesterday I was feeling really bad and tested positive for strep at OS Urgent Care. The pharmacy team had my 3 prescriptions ready less than 4 hours after they were requested. I'm able to work today and not feel like my throat is trying to murder me because I was able to start my meds yesterday. Thank you, Walgreens. Special thanks to the kind woman working the drive-thru around 3:30 pm who handled my transaction with a smile. In general, I feel like this team tries to get meds done as much as possible. I appreciate them."

"The person who took RX was pleasant enough but seriously lacked much information necessary to do her job. I’ve NEVER had so much difficulty filling 2 RXs that I get filled EVERY month at another Walgreens store. I usually do not post reviews but this pharmacy needs some feedback.Providing the medical service of filling prescriptions is a serious responsibility."
