Hall's Motorsports Mississippi - Ocean Springs - MS Gulf Coast

"Not happy. I will never buy anything from this place again. Please read the reviews. Purchased new 4 wheeler (may/june). Took back after the first outing in June (for repairs not covered by Honda warranty). Fine time to find out that Halls does not back or check the service they done adding accessories. (snorkel kit, which was on the 4wheeler before purchase, was not installed properly by Halls). Discovered on the first outing. Halls said, "Honda would not cover the repair." Hall's removed the snorkel before sending the picture to Honda. ??? RED FLAG. Halls said, " I have to pay no more than 6 thousand to fix/ We will not charge for the tear down to fix." NO THANKS, Just put it back together so I can pick it up. Six months later, I'm still making payments, but I STILL DON'T HAVE IT BACK. After calling a number of times and being told how we have some things before your that's being the shop for over a year is just ridiculous or a lye. Dec 02 I called and was told four things are head of yours. Dec 22, I called again and told, "By Chase, they are working on it. JT in service was supposed to call you." I wonder how long this will take. Let's not start 2024 with B's, S's period."

"Mr Mike is a great guy when I lived there I would take him my motorcycle for anything it needed this Man out of his own pocket loaned me 100 dollars once because I left my debit card at home I paid him back but I will never forget his kindness and the way he conducts himself and his business an amazing Man that truly appreciates his customers and employees. "I have purchased many ski's in the past 20 years and I have been to every dealership on the coast for sales and service. No one holds a candle to Hall's Motorsports in Ocean Springs. Finally a dealership with a master certified tech. William in the service dept figured out the issue with my ski and fixed it. After 3 other dealership couldn't figure out why it was running so bad. Now it's running better than ever. It's amazing what a qualified tech can do. Thanks for the going the extra mile. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else. Halls is the place that gets times done right the 1st time."
