"Earvin was very responsive when I called about my slingshot. He informed me of recalls that needed to be inspected and scheduled me for a time that was convenient for me. Upon arrival, we saw a huge selection of slingshots, along with an array of motorcycles, ATVs, etc. Everyone was very pleasant. Dustin was my service writer. He was professional, courteous and explained in detail what needs to be done with my unit. I highly recommend this location when looking for service. They are fast and efficient. They do their best to get you in and out in the same day. This was not the case at the BR location. They kept my boyfriend's slingshot for 3 weeks!!! Call to schedule a visit. "I love the service department and everyone in it. My experience here really shows the true value of their team. I brought my 2023 RZR XP 1000 sport in to have engine work done and they got it diagnosed within 24 hrs then had me informed on what was wrong and the procedure they needed to go through with warranty. They absolutely went above and beyond to make sure my bike was fixed in a timely manner and when I got it back it was better then when it was bought off the showroom floor.
