"Slowest pharmacy in Slidell!! I usually go to the Front Street location but for this situation, I need somewhere close to my house. Dropped of a RX at 5:50 pm and was told 30 minutes by the girl at the counter. 30 minutes comes and goes. The automated system was telling me 7:30 pm. I called at 6:15 and told them that’s too late and I need it sooner. She said 30-40 minutes. And now it’s 7:18 and I’m still waiting. So I’m 99% sure the employees at this location tell everyone 30 minutes just to avoid arguing with the customer. The Front St. location never does this. They always give me my RX sooner when I ask them to. They pickup times are always accurate. My 1st and LAST time using the pharmacy at this location."

"I don't come to this one very often bc it's a smaller store and on the other side of town but their staff is the best. Yanelle went out of her way to accommodate and the other cashiers were also sweet and helpful."

"I've been calling for two days to transfer prescriptions from one walgreens to another. Every time i call i have to go through the recording and wait. I finally make it to the head of the waiting line. It rings for about 6 minutes, then hangs up on me. Every. Single. Time. I've never even been there before, and already I'm not impressed."

"This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been in. The pharmacy staffs are rude and disrespectful. They are very unpleasant people to deal with, all 4 of them has been rude to me including the pharmacy herself. I would never have my prescriptions filled there again!"
