"Went in there last week. The store employee was fantastic. Excellent customer service. KJ was his name. He was very pleasant, prompt, attentive. This young man was fantastic. First, he greeted me with a smile. He then took my little yellow basket when I asked him what to do with it. I got a propane refill and he asked the other employee if she could stay up front while he helped me. We need more great customer service like him. He was a pleasure."
"Sunday October 20 @ 5:00 pm. After shopping we stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Not trying to exaggerate. We looked for employees and could not locate. They were not in the office behind the counter or down the aisles either . After that time goes by, 3 more customers are lined up behind us. So we decided I would try and call the store. I called and the line was busy. I called 3 times. Same result. Customers should be aloud to call the store and speak with employment if they need to. STEPHANIE was the on duty cashier at that time. Only reason I know that is another employee from the back came up to finally help and she had to yell for stephanie to see if she was still there. STEPHANIE still did not come up to see why they were up front asking if she was there. She stayed hidden wherever she answered from. The employee that came up from the back was the one that finally helped us and the customers behind us. First time at this particular dollar general. Not my best experience at a retail store that's for sure."
"Shame on whomever owns this store. It is unbelievable that the shelves are empty while at least 8 rolling carts full of merchandise BLOCK aisles. No water?! Really?! When I found an employee to ask for assistance, she apologized. SHE WAS WORKING ALONE!!! The only reason I give this store any stars is because SHE was polite and helpful in a situation that was beyond her control. This place is a mess! Why is this allowed to happen on a REGULAR basis?!"
"Store is always very neat and we'll Managed, however, the lighting in the Parking Lot is not good at all. Definitely needs more lights, especially in this area."
