"I was in the store on October 30, 2023 shopping with my daughter. Miss Jamie was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely go back because of her. But when I was checking out, the manager came out with her boxing gloves on aiming for Jamie. She was very unprofessional in front of everyone in the store, yelling at Miss Jamie about something she couldn't find. I felt really bad for Miss Jamie. It was uncalled for and embarrassing for Jamie and extremely unprofessional for a manager to speak to any employee or anyone at all in that manner. I was upset that my daughter had to see that take place. I love Rue 21 but if I go and see her there, I will turn around and leave. That's how bad it was. I don't usually write things like this but this was so uncalled for and someone needs to know about it and do something about it before you lose customers."
