"I lived there in April 2023, from the start I didn’t feel comfortable. Within hours of me living there the air conditioner went out it took the maintenance man days to fix it and even after then it still wasn’t working and they claimed it to be new. Me and my spouse went all the way till June 9 without air conditioning after I had to call a company out to fix it for over $200. They talk to Jameka and the maintenance man and he informed them what he found and it was including having mold. Weeks later after I had got off work at 1am my neighbor claimed I pulled a gun on him and before getting our side of the story we was given till the end of the month to move. We moved June 29,2023 I contacted the office and no one answered the phone like it always have been I sent multiple emails in June asking can I meet with her and talk about getting my deposit back and returning the keys I still didn’t get a response. On July 5 I received a call from the collection office saying that I owe for July rent and I told them I was out before July and I had witness because my mother in law and brother in law helped us move. I called Jameka 6 times that day and I didn’t get a response I then called the maintenance line and he told me that she was out but I clearly heard her in the background asking who was it I then proceeded to call her back and finally got a answer and I asked why was I charged for rent when she knew I was gone and she proceeded to tell me that I broke the lease even after her and the regional manager told me I had 30 days and I received a letter to move I then asked about getting my deposit back and she told me no because I broke the lease and I repeated how can I break a lease when I was told to move. From the shower upstairs leaking, the dishwasher doesn’t work, the grass doesn’t get cut, people stand in the woods and watch you, the maintenance man has a terrible attitude and always riding around smoking weed, to the property manager never answers the phone or never in the office, to the locks been broken where I had to lock my door from the outside and if I want it locked at night I had to walk to the back of the building to get it after locking it from outside. In 2005 when my aunt was living there it looked way better and the staff actually cared unlike now and I forgot to mention that I know Jameka from another property and she was fired from there for embezzlement"

"I lived here for 1 year. 6 months of the lease I had rats & electrical issues & the apartment complex couldn’t even afford to hire an exterminator or electrician. There was trash everywhere around the complex. There’s nothing wrong with the pool at all, it’s just not opened because they don’t want to care for it. None of the doors in the apartment closed unless you put something between them and the wall. The maintenance man has a piss poor attitude when it comes to fixing things unless he cool with you. The grass is never cut unless you do it yourself. Sinks constantly leaking. The rats got so bad the start coming from everywhere, the stairs, the vents, everywhere & nothing was done but putting one trap down, the rest of the traps I have to provide when they could’ve called an exterminator being my neighbor’s room fell in & that’s when the raccoons & rats started trying to get in my apartment & they let her apartment sit with her belongings without helping her get her things out."

"I've lived here 2yrs, it was a lil bumpy when I first moved in because of manager Timothy, but after he was replaced everything became smooth. I didn't really have any problems until the rat infestation started. I reported it and they sent maintenance out with tomcat, which didn't work, I ended up having to go out and buy traps, but they kept coming, and the thing is we pay an exterminator fee included in rent. I asked my neighbors if they were having the same problem and they all said yes! Okay place to stay if you don't mind having mice and rats!"

"This apartment complex has nice apartments but the time it takes for the staff there to fix MAJOR problems is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They definately need to provide more timely and effective service to their complaints and service issues being reported by paying tenants. I would the the apartments if problems and major issues would be tended to and completely and properly fixed."

"My window broke today and i don’t know how all I heard was glass shatter. I called the on call maintenance guy at 10 something this morning and no one responded. So, about 30 minutes ago, I called again. 10 minutes later, one of the apt managers called Tewun phone telling him that a broken window is not a maintenance emergency when clearly it said that it was on the recording. Then, they’re saying that the only way that they will replace it is if the broken window was their fault. Which, I have been asking these mfs to put a screen on my window since I got the apt. I also have mold in my bedroom and I reported it around October last year and these mfs still haven’t came to see about it. I had a leak in my downstairs bathroom and they finally came to see about that and the reason for the leak was because it wasn’t a pipe in there to begin with. So, from the sound of things it seems like they just threw my apt together from the beginning. I have filed work order after work order and they haven’t done anything yet."
