Literally got my car stolen right out the parking lot! Lost my job. I was at then end of my least and they restarted my lease. I had no money, job, or car! And now I have a $2000 charge on my credit for these apartments that won't help you OR understand problems At ALL! Can't wait till they are closed for good!"

"I do not recommend this complex at all. Non-stop issues that take a miracle to get fixed. I haven't had an issue with the staff themselves, but so many things go wrong and they haven't been fixed. The layout of the apartment is really bad. The ground is on a slope so I have to walk up an almost 45 degree incline to walk to my car. Also, my rent increased by almost $100 after my 2nd year with no notice. When I asked about it, the office couldn't give me a straight answer. I also had multiple issues with my air conditioning and it takes the maintenance team over a week to address it. When I first moved in, my bathtub, all of the electrical outlets, and the air vents were painted over in white paint. Every time I take a shower, my feet get covered in paint chips. I have a difficult time plugging things into the outlets because they painted over them. Also, there are numerous days where there are people yelling/arguing, driving through the parking lot after midnight with their music blasting through their car speakers, and I have also witnessed multiple shootings on the property as well. One of those shootings, I just happened to be in the area and I tried to render aid to them. Unfortunately, he didn't make it. Overall, the office staff have been good for the most part, however, the non-stop issues, and the tiring layout, and the very high rent does not give me the ability to recommend this complex. Look elsewhere. UPDATE: On my note about the staff, they have been nice, but their communication to the community when the water is cut off is not good at all. I woke up to no running water and I didn't get an email or a notice on my door or anything. I would think that communication with the community would be a top priority, but no. We just have to go into survival mode and figure things out until it magically comes back on."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS!! First of all the apartment manager is so rude , her name is Beverly & will make you wanna curse her out because she doesnt know how to talk to people or be professional. Idk who hired her but the company needs to get rid of her ASAP. Kim the assistant is more professional than her, she should probably be in charge. The apartments are raggedy, flies are everywhere and in the apartments because there is trash everywhere outside so basically the flies stay with you as well, they may as well pay rent too. There are so many vacant run down tore up apartments with holes in the ceiling. Homeless people are living in them. Alot of the windows are broken. People shoot every night and not little guns, they shoot choppers, it literally sounds like WORLD WAR 3. Not too mention there are no cameras so people have been robbed. My Car was broken into and nothing was done about it. They went up on rent when they really are only worth $500. They will try to put you out if you owe them $100. My air went out almost every 3 months and it takes them a week to come and fix it. The pool is nasty, the water is always green and filled with trash, it looks like SHREK lives in it. The tubs are nasty and moldy and paint from the tub is always everywhere, its disgusting. & YESSSS THE MOLD EVERYWHERE & YOU WILL GET SICK!! I HAVE THE PICTURES TO PROVE IT !! They need to be redid bad, it looks like the apartments MLK got shot in. The carpet is disgusting and dingy, its almost black. The pictures on the website are false and old & need to be updated because it definitely does NOT look like that anymore. you will have to call corporate on them but even corporate wont do anything. They need to be shut down , please save yourself and keep looking cause it’s definitely not the place for anyone to stay… not even the crackheads that stay in the abandoned ones. Even they can do better .. I MOVED LAST MONTH BUT I AM STILL GOING TO CALL HOUSING AUTHORITY ON THESE APARTMENTS AND BEVERLY IN THE OFFICE BECAUSE NOT EVEN A DOG SHOULD LIVE LIKE THE WAY THOSE APARTMENTS ARE RAN!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS .."

"DONT MOVE HERE‼️ these aptments aint wortha d-mn‼️ I lived here for a year and a half and management was very distasteful. Sherita was horrible and the lady they have now is rude. The aptments are dirty, filthy & needs updating very badly. The rent went up and idk why. Couldnt ever get anyone to fix things. Its very ghetto. There was mold. The mailboxes dont even lock. Ive had people steal my mail and packages. There arent any cameras and i stayed on the side where its easy access to get robbed & the building was also falling apart. As i was moving out alot others were also because the aptments are going down. I give it 3 more years and they will be abandoned and shut down."
