"Floor is sticky Cockroaches Bathroom was not clean Sheets and towels discoloration bed mattress had a odor Banging on door before 10am check out time front desk clerk is also owner yells I want my room key room key did not work had to go back to front office Will not take debit /credit card does not work has never worked I have stayed here 4 different stays Cash money only Tv doesn’t get good reception Phone haven’t never worked No late check out Back of hotel parking lot is very small pay attention how you park No refund no exception"

"The hotel workers always have a poor attitude and will turn someone away in a heartbeat. The rooms are not very clean and things are falling apart or have been taken apart by previous occupants. And they don't allow you to have any guests"

"Nasty carpet and tub, mini fridge filthy inside and out, microwave barely worked and rusted inside and out, counter was nasty and the office was nasty making demands about cleaning the room. Tv didnt work so asked them to find out why and the lady who came says do t let it happen again because Im not coming back. My youngest granddaughter was in the hospital and had our other granddaughter with us, she wanted to sleep in the car instead because it was nasty. I told her no because we are in south jackson in a strange town. If you can help it stay away from this place!!!!!"

"Terrible nasty gummy carpet dirty linen evidence left over from previous rental. They really need to be reported to city inspector. It has a terrible odor the carpet was so dirty it was gummy like it was sticking to your shoes. Do not enter and the rooms haven't been updated. If I could give them NO STARS I WOULD"

"The experience was horrible. The man I just dealt with, unbelievable. He insisted that we hadn't checked out at 10:00; he had been watching the camera. He called the room at 9:50 a.m. My husband proceeds to load our pbelongings into our vehicle. Once we were done it was 10:06. Realizing we didn't have the car keys. After retrieving our item we proceeded to drive to the office. But, not before we stopped the vehicle to converse with the woman that works there as well. It may have been 10:15 when we made it to the office. He was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL BEFORE I EVEN HAD A WORD EXPRESSED FROM MY LIPS. THEN WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO EXPLAIN HE CALLED THE POLICE BECAUSE HE KNOWS I WAS RIGHT. WHERE DOES HE GET THE NOTION THAT LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL DEFEND OR UPHOLD YOU IN YOUR OWN WRONGDOINGS? CONSUMERS HAVE RIGHTS JUST AS THE OWNER DOES. BEING STEROTYPED IS A HARD PILL TO SWALLOW, BUT TO BE ANTAGONIZE AND ALSO BLATANTLY TREATED AS IF I HAD BEEN UNCOOPERATIVE, INSUBORDINATE, OR COMMITTING AN ILLEGAL ACTION OR CRIMINAL ACT. THESE ARE THE REASONS THE POLICE ARE TO BE CALLED. NOT BECAUSE A CUSTOMER IS RIGHT AND YOU JUST WANT THE SITUATION TO END IN YOUR FAVOR."
