"Bad area, cars get stolen on the daily. Low income based/water furnished for seniors 62-65+ or disabled people only. My mom had her bicycle stolen from her patio by the sliding glass door in broad daylight. Wood Village apartments is the next entrance up and some of those apts. can be seen from the dead end side of Highland View. They can walk from Wood Village right onto HV property and steal whatever or break into your place. My review is based on the years my mom lived there (deceased now) but I moved her out around 2009 and brought her to our home."
