"I had exposed wires… water heater not put on correctly.. stove doesn’t work…. I told them before moving in and during the stay yet they push me to side until I said I’m not paying rent til it up to standard for 1130 a month… but they never came to fix anything until the ppl down stairs was flooded… my first 2 days staying there my car got stolen. Police asked me to ask for footage. They camera doesn’t work nor do their gates."

"I wish I could give zero stars. My mother lives there and has been a part of the community for many years . Management isn't doing their job quite frankly. There is exposed wires in her kitchen for which she has informed management of numerous times with no repair, mud where grass is worn at her front door where she has almost fallen multiple times, a faulty patio door that needs a new lock. Maintenance men are not benefitting the property at all because the things that they can fix they aren't doing it. Her rent has increased yet nothing is being fixed. Her stove is barely working for her to cook meals, there are holes in the walls that was there when she moved in that she was promised would be fixed that hasn't been. There is also loose tiles throughout the apartment that haven't been repaired. Just a bunch of empty promises with no follow through from management. Someone who owns this place should come in and see how the paying tenants are being treated."

"I moved in April 1st since then this apartment has yet been a pleasant place to stay . April 16th my whole apartment flooded . I’ve been waiting on someone since April 17th It’s now June 13 two months later no progress but another I did receive a rent letter . Lol when ask the property manager if she came around to see damages herself she replied no but instead talks about how the office flooded ( all on video )"

"A week after moving in a had a leak they fixed it immediately. Now I have been there since February 2021 and I have leaks everywhere. To the point where my guest room carpet is soaked. The dishwasher is pouring water, the sink is overflowing, the water heating is too. The water is cold. Management is inconsistent. I’m are sure within two to three more days I will have mold. By the then the apartment with be unlivable, because I have asthma. The only good thing about these apartments is the space and the price. Come at your OWN RISK!"

"I had a super cozy studio apartment here. My studio was really cute and I enjoyed my experience here. The maintenance was really bad though, and after weeks/months of waiting they would randomly burst in my apartment with no warning. Luckily I didn’t experience any major issues so I wasn’t too pressed. I was a college student with no kids or pets, and I worked a lot so if you’re in that same situation these apartments are ideal. The management is a little weird too so be prepared for that."
