"Instead of fixing the issues with the trash piling on top of trash cans , all of the cans were taken away. Now people just put trash on the floor . Disgusting!!!!!! Feels like I live in a dormitory. Very Poor Management Skills!!"

"This week has been HELL! Between the garbage piling up & my neighbor who isn’t home smoke detector going off for 24 hours I could SCREAM! Nobody is answering emails, the phone, nothing I reached out to the security guard and she was just as lost as I was. There is no emergency/ on call staff or anything to report issues to."

"It started off as such a wonderful interaction and my family was fully prepared to move here but the leasing agents and upper management do not stick to their word. We loved the place but there were several features advertised online about the building that were incomplete. We negotiated on leasing terms and they promised to follow up but never did. I called and even went up there twice and still never received a final answer. We loved the place so much we were willing to take a chance on moving in and just trust that the promised advertised features would be implemented later. We were literally willing to overpay just to experience living here. However, they never followed up to to give us the opportunity. Unfortunately, It became very clear that my residency was not wanted there. On my final attempt to get answers, the leasing agent was talking to me as she completely ignored two people standing at the door waiting to get in. We were literally right in front of the glass and she talked to me at length as if they weren’t standing right outside the door in the sun. That alone told me everything else I needed to know. They don’t seem to respect future tenants at all. It makes you wonder if that behavior has already carried over into signed tenants as well. I would stay far away from this place. Do not recommend. I refuse to continue running up behind a business that’s asking for MY money. It should definitely be the other way around."

"I love living here. The management downstairs always takes care of me, on & off the clock. My lease ends this month & I am renewing it! I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The workers here are like family. Maintenance always comes when needed. The cleanliness of the property is spectacular. The security guards here make me feel so safe. I love the Walthall lofts! Praise Jesus!"

"This is a beautiful property that is a very unique concept. However, there has been much staff turnover since late December 2020. It has been hard to get consistent information with such constant change. This has presented problems because the new managment is refusing to honor an agreement made to us by the previous manager. Actually, they are quite rude and do not show any kind of compassion for our predicament. Our plans were to lease again when returning next year for a job. That will not be happening. The one constant who has been a great asset is Jamie, the security guy. He is wonderful, managment.....not so much."
