"Hey I’ve been here since last November. Everyone in the office has been nice and professional since I’ve been staying here.When I call for a work order the office staff makes sure the job gets done . They make sure they follow up on all work orders.My neighbors are nice and we have no problems at all. If your looking for a apartment come stay here you would enjoy it. Update# 2020#I've been here still. I love the management. They are always professional when I talk to them. When I have a issue in my apartment it gets done. Management cares about our safety. We have more lightning in our apartments at night for our safety. We also got a gate only residents have access too . I really enjoy living here ."
"I've been staying here a couple days shy of three years. I feel safe contrary to what one might think. My neighbors have been pleasant, things in my apartment work and Kashia puts in a work order whenever I need something. However, I feel the maintenance department can lolligag sometimes. However I like the price point and I love the fact that I don't believe that I'm being restricted."
"There are always people hanging outside at all times of the night. The office people have nasty attitudes, maintenance men NEVER show up when you call I've been waiting on the maintenance man for 3 months now & when I see them I remind them of the problem that I'm having and they always say "I will come tomorrow." & I didn't receive my mailbox key for 2 weeks after I moved in. The apartment itself is a nice place to live for the price but I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!"
