"WORST PLACE TO STAY !!!! I WOULDNT TELL MY WORST EMEMY ABOUT THIS PLACE ..A BULLET WITH THREW A LADY APARTMENT THAT STAYED UPSTAIRS.. IT WENT THROUGH HER BEDROOM!!! SHE SAID LUCKILY HER BED WASN’T RIGHT WHERE THE BULLET LANDED !! .. YOU GO ALWAYS HEAR GUN SHOTS DURING THE DAY AND NIGHT .. CARS GET BROKEN IN TO.. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!! SHE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE !!!! .. PPL THAT HAVE DOGS THAT STAY OUT THERE NEVER EVER HAVE THEM ON A LEASH !!!!!!! THE DAY I WAS MOVING OUT I TOLD THIS GUY TO GET HIS DOG CAUSE THE DOG WAS CHARGING AT ME .. AND DID HE COME GET HIS DOG ? NO !!!!!!!! AND THE MF RANNED IN MY HOUSE !!! TALKING ABOUT HE JUST A PUPPY AND THAT WAS A PIT BULL BTW !!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS AT ALL ESPECIALLY IF YOU GOT KIDS .. I HATE THESE APARTMENTS SO BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I’m sorry but these apartments is not a place that you would want to live at. I have been here since February 15. And I’ve been complaining about the same thing over and over again. I have holes in my walls, my ceiling is close to caving in, my bathroom floor is always wet because the air conditioner is leaking, there’s mold in my kitchen. It’s been there since the first day. Not only that these apartments have no security. People cars are being stolen, their apartments are being broken in, my keys has been stolen, I even asked if it was okay for me to move to a different apartment and I was told to pay more money to just relocate to something better, there’s homeless people still staying in abandon apartments and it’s like the more you bring your problems to the manager nothing changes. But they expect for you to faithfully and continuously pay them rent!! There’s absolutely nothing being done here. The apartments would be a great place to live at if we had managers that actually care about the well being of their residents."

"I’ve lived here almost three years and the complex is steady going down Ive just decided to look for a better place to live. Very poor management, lights don’t work outside the buildings. Had someone over here took my DoorDash and wanted to fight after asking for it back. This place is a living hell."

"Unfamiliar riff-raff hanging around the complex!! Recent auto theft & fighting on the grounds! The lights on the front of complex does not work which causes more of a safety issue!! No one is ever in the leasing office & to top it off, MY AIR DOESN'T WORK!! I'M SOOOO FED UP!!"

"They need a curtsey officer ASAP the grounds are becoming so unsafe even for our kids to play with grown people bringing kids to fight to others shooting guns and the only option we have is to call jpd and the response time is never under 45 min. The process to get anything is a act of congress they happily take your money but you have to beg for repairs this place has became a nightmare over night"
