"I live here now and i must be honest. When i moved here, Marcia, was so personable and friendly to me. She of course left. Now, the newer LEASING AGENT, Candace, has evicted me or threatened to evict me multiple times for fraudulent reasons. For example, i used a curse word once while speaking to her. She gave me EVICTION papers.. Once i was speaking to a neighbor and she actually came out of her office and screamed at them to not associate with me. Excuse me? in reality, she knows as well as i do that they have the white women tenants on the bottom, FLOODING, floor. YES, i was upset bc they DO NOT FIx anything HERE! Yes, they remodelded the vacant apartments, not the ones that the tenants CURRENTLY live in. And honestly, is she a god fearing woman? Bc she needs to repent. OTHERWISE IMMA SEND ALL THESE SEWER rats to her. She knows what im talking about. Anyways, keep living in your glass house girl."

"My daughter's friend lived here with her older sister, rough area and the outside of apartments looked just raggedy. All though her friend's sister kept her home cozy and nice on the inside. She has moved to a much nicer place."

"They are the worst. Black mold. Leaky roofs. Rats and the manager stole our money and trying to put us out. Everytwon house has leaked that run from upstairs to the kitchen. Y'all should see the pictures and videos. Do not move here you to u will be sick. I been here one year and I have watched people come and go. Nothing is being fixed. I repeat do not move here.
