I can’t leave out the maintenance is also spot on. I’m so thankful for the security I feel here compared to my last apartment. "The Reserve of Woodchase is a great place and a very good environment if one is looking to relocate. The staff there now currently is the best hands down. Mrs. Leah is a very awesome and great manager. Any questions or concerns she always go above and beyond to make sure they are addressed and any issues is taken care of. Give them a call or visit."

"Twice in a row I have set up auto-pay, gotten a confirmation email that it was starting and then the next month I get a bright red eviction-EVICTION! notice stuck in my door saying they demand payment within 3 days or we are getting evicted. Because their auto-pay doesn't work. Convenient way to charge me an extra 10% = $141 dollars in late fees! They are extremely upsetting."

"I was a loyal tenant at the Reserve at Woodchase apartments for 5 years. I always paid my rent on time and always followed by their rules and regulations. I was known as Lisa Slay then but have recently went back to my maiden name of Klein. I once posted a 5 star review of this apartment complex but now I have a more negative review, Heritage Property’s Reserve at Woodchase Apartments does not care at all about their tenants. Not in the least. All they care about is money and they are far from being human. I came down on my luck this past Spring by losing my job and had no luck in finding another one. I informed the property manager of this and told him I may have to move out because I wouldn’t be able to pay my rent. My rent was fully paid through June and I moved out July 1st. Now they have turned me over to a collection agency to collect July’’s rent even though I didn’t live there in July. They didn’t care that I had been a loyal tenant for 5 years, all they cared about was their $1300 they I don’t even feel I owe. They don’t care about you and they will kick you while you are down. So if you are looking for compassionate, empathetic land lords you will not find them here. We never know when our financial situations may change but when they do you will not get one bit of understanding from these cold hearted people. Instead you will get turned over to a collection agency for a debt you cannot even afford to pay. So…renters beware"

"Reserve at Woodchase is the most beautiful and nicest apartment complex have ever seen and my apartment is the next best thing to houses I have rented in the past. The landscaping is beautiful along with all the sidewalks. I’ve been living here for over a year now and I plan on staying. The apartment manager is extremely nice, helpful and intelligent and so is her assistant. The only complaint I have is the dumpster. It is so disgusting I won’t even go near it; I take my trash elsewhere. Such a shame for such a beautiful place. Other than that, I give these apartments a 5 star rating about everything else. Good job everybody"
