"I have contacted them three times now. Once by phone and twice by email. The first time I tried to contact them was through their website. I found the properties that my husband and I were interested in and filled out their 'on-line' form. After a few days, and no response, I called the office. I spoke with one of the realtors who continued to speak over me while I was giving her my contact info that she had asked for. Once she found out that we were interested in land only, her tone of voice changed to irritation and she hastened the conversation to end. She had said that she would get the information to me that afternoon but I never heard back from her. So I tried one last time to get in touch with someone. I looked on the website for another realtor in that agency to help us out. I emailed her giving her the listing numbers of the property that we wanted more information on and told her that if we liked what we saw that we would like her to show them to us the next week if she had time. We never heard back from her and we are still waiting to hear back from the first realtor. Where has customer service gone? If I hear back from them I will gladly change the review, however, as of right now, I am currently looking for another agent that will gladly show us some property. My husband and I are serious buyers, all be it for a small, inexpensive plot of land, (which means little commission for the agent) but we have cash and we are serious. Any suggestions?"
