"A quick overnight trip. Very nice greeting at front desk. Very attentive. The room was very nice. Breakfast was good. I also utilized the exercise facility. Overall a great place for the price! I would highly recommend if you are staying in New Albany."
"Called last minute when we decided to stop halfway home and they were kind enough to have a room and on the floor I needed. Arrived after 11 pm and the young lady Melody who was working the desk was very kind. She gave eating options and when I commented on a product she happily told me where to get it and it was on sale at a nearby store. Room was spacious and clean, bed could use a topper but we were so tired we showered and slept. Coffee could have been a little hotter but it was complimentary so no complaints really. Thanks again Best Western. Safety was no concern at all."
"We stayed here on a recent work trip. The rooms were clean and roomy. Housekeeping was friendly the room was well stocked with extra towels they even provided a shower cap. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we are in the area."
"Roads were icy during a winter storm in January 2024 stop to get some rest. Room was way to expensive for what you got. But I was exhausted from driving. Went to the room was very nice got ready for bed TV from another room was very loud tryed to call the front desk phone would not connect. Next morning at checkout told the front desk person about it ... She could have cared less offer nothing as compensation. Just a oh I'm sorry. There was no breakfast available for guests. In all, I would never stay at this or any Best Western again. Walls are thin noise is a real problem .Customer service just SUCKS."
"Easy to get to, even at dark. Gas station across the street. Great breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits & gravy and other items. Good coffee. Room was very nice. Refrigerator and microwave. Quiet area. Comfortable beds. Desk person very nice and personable. Nicely decorated lobby."
