"I left this place on April due to the terrible service, it's been 5 months and I have not received my refund, I never failed a single payment. I have sent at least 15 emails and they always reply we will take care asap.... Also they had the apartment ready for me 2 weeks after my contracted started and they of course charged me both weeks, and I had to clean all it was disgusting Update: I am still waiting for my refund"

"I love the space in all the rooms and bathroom. I also love how when I get home I can sit on my balcony and watch the deer come out in the field... If I ever have an issue, I put in a maintenance request order and maintenance is on the way to fix the problem soon as they can get to it.. 713"

"We moved in Dec 2021. Our apartment was trashed—hair in the bathroom drain, damage to walls, holes in the walls and door, fridge doesn’t work and leaks water constantly. Wogan group had just taken over and said they would fix these issues. I was then told to buy some CLR to clean the bath tub grime myself. It is June 2022 and none of these issues have been fixed. Our fridge still leaks constantly making the floor super slippery. A maintenance man said “there is nothing we can do and we can’t afford to buy a new fridge.” We have a two year old who could easily slip and get hurt. But oh well…. We pay $1300 a month to live in a place with only 1 amenity—- the pool which isn’t open on Monday and has been closed some already this summer. We regret moving here. Too expensive to live in an apartment that was trashed by previous tenants and management who won’t fix it."
