"RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Lady on the phone who worked at 4 PM on 3/5/2024 could not email me a receipt of my stay there at all. I should have taken up the offer of the nice man who offered to print me one when I left. This hotel emailed a receipt for my coworker who booked the same way as me. Please train your associates better. She told me off on the phone that it wasn't possible. I contacted concur through work cause they don't have the receipt. Then the same lady from the hotel HUNG UP on concur. They had to recall her again to try to get a receipt. Why is it so hard to send a customer a receipt of stay? Why so rude?! Rooms were decent, but the shower water was luke warm."

"Had a good stay at this hotel. Beds were super comfortable, breakfast was great, and it’s pet friendly. The area does look sketchy but it was very quiet and chill. Only cons are the wifi didn’t work, there isn’t a lot of grass for dogs, and the elevator is super small when bringing your stuff up. Overall good stay I would come again."

"We are traveling across the country. We called the Holiday Inn at New Albany, MS to reserve a room. The person making our reservation was very friendly and accommodating. She made the process easy. We checked in and the room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was the best we have had since we left home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for your awesome customer service!"

"What a wonderful experience!! I'm from out of state and was dropping my daughter at Ole Miss. I switched to this hotel after another really awful one. The staff was amazing! I feel like I left several friends behind. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was great and she suggested I take a water and fruit for my drive. I will definitely be staying here again. The staff made the 45 minute drive worth it!"
