As long as you communicate, they will work with you and help out as much as possible. I love the fact you can pay online through their app, which is very easy to use. The only thing that most people dislike, is they don't accept partial payments at all."

"Hate I had to give 1 star. This company is by far the most unprofessional scam artists in Memphis. The staff are not licensed real estate professionals and they do not follow any rules or laws according to TN real estate commission according to property management. They not not process your application in a timely manner, Alindrea Shelton never retuned my calls, emails or texts messages every time I sent her any documents or information. But would call me once in awhile saying she didn’t receive the info and always threaten to cancel the application. They need to cancel this company and ban them from doing business in Memphis. They have been on News channel 5 and everything because of their poor management. And to Vinebrook: DO NOT bother responding to this Google review. You didn’t have time for my concerns or complaints when I reached out so don’t bother NOW that you’re being exposed for the fraud you are. You should be ashamed of the dirty business dealings you conduct. God have mercy on your souls…"

"The first two years was ok, but these last two years have been hell. The maintenance techs is pitiful. It takes forever for some one to reach out to you about emergencies. Two weeks ago the water pipe burst in the bedroom bathroom without any notice hot water was pouring out the pipes with full force cause damages to my furniture and clothes. Air conditioning unit was out for a whole week before anyone came and fixed it. Maintenance tech came and what he called fixing it actually made it worse the unit went back out the next the day. The unit been working for 2 weeks now . I leave the house and returned to the unit out again ( 08/13/2023) which is today. These people are the worst to rent from and hassle you about rent but can’t come in a timely matter to fix anything. Will be looking for something else lease up In 4 months."

"Worse management company ever. They don’t cover to repair anything but they raise rent and expect payment faithfully. Someone tried to break into our house and they refuse to fix the glass door after the guy came out and said they would. If I could give 0 stars I would. We won’t be renewing our lease this year Just wanted to come back and leave this here. A tree fell from the storm last Sunday. Someone came out and didn’t even come in the yard to look just stayed in the van. When I came outside, I was told there were plenty of people with trees down so I’d have to wait my turn. That was last Tuesday, now no one will return our emails. Rent is due, I bet you they reach out for that. Still no storm door glass, our showers are STILL broken. I think our next stop is the news outlets because this is ridiculous. 3 more months until our lease is up, avoid vinebrook at all costs"

"Horrible company. Still waiting to get paid. Always modifying lists and contracts so that workers are stressed the hell out and starving and delinquent before they get paid. Been doing rough carpentry for 10 years and this group takes the cake for being the worst employer I ever had, completely detached & uninvolved, probably unaware of even my name and I helped flip four houses for them. This company and their sub contractors make me want to vomit and give up carpentry all together ."
