"Called just to get an appointment and the person whom answered the phone was beyond rude. The person acted as if they were answering their personal line. I asked one question and the response was nope the office is closed. If you're rude answering the phone e I surely don't want you caring for me. They were very unprofessional."
"I visited Mr. Coulter for a disability exam, I was very impressed with how polite his staff was , from the time I entered til I left . Mr. Coulter was very polite and explained every step of exam as it took place . He is very up front and doesn't sugar coat anything which is amazing!!! One of the best doctors I've been seen by since all of this . More doctors and staff should follow in their foot steps. Thank yal for looking at me and treating me like a person and not another number. Yal are amazing in my eyes. You will not get over on him . If you dont like hearing the truth idk what to say other than the truth will set you free"
"I have been seeing Dr Coulter as my GP for over 3 years now. After moving from another state it was difficult finding a Dr I could build a good relationship with as well as continue writing my monthly maintenance medications (no narcotics). Initially, I was unsure of how to take Dr Coulter. Over time we've developed a great relationship. He knows my husband, my children, my life, my situation, everything. He's actually very easy to talk to and understands a great deal about the human condition and many other very complex, intellectual topics. I trust him VERY MUCH. He DOES require your previous medical records to do continue writing maintenance medications. He is like any other Dr and NEEDS you medical records to understand your history. He is NOT a back alley drug dealer pocketing money. He is not dumb. He isn't handing out rxs of narcotics. He is VERY CAREFUL with writing rxs. He requires $60 cash to see him for ANYTHING. Try going to Urgent Care and see what THAT costs you even with insurance (yes I have insurance and have chosen this route). Over some time seeing Dr Coulter every few months for check ups I began to have major spinal issues and migraine headaches. He tried to treat me to the best of his ability and speciality, but I was not getting better. In the end he referred me to a great Neurologist. The referral process along with medical records being sent was all taken care of for me. The transition was very simple for me. I see a Neurologist for those issues now and continue to see Dr Coulter at least 2 times a year for my maintenance medications and if any other issues arise. I find him to be knowledgeable, compassionate and intelligent. If you're attempted to pull the wool over his eyes you're going to the wrong Dr. However, if you're seeking legitimate medical care and doing your part to COMMUNICATE your needs, concerns, etc this may be the Dr for you. All Doctors won't click with every patient. All Doctors won't sign off on any Social Security documentation. Rest assured he knows what he's doing. If you feel like you're being cut off without making your point it's simple to say "I'm sorry, but I wasn't finished". Very simple. It happens with lots of Doctors. Doctors are human beings. I think patients forget this very often. They have bad days and good days like everyone else. I think it's unfair to judge a physician based on a 15 minute interaction which is why I went BACK after my first visit with him and is why I continue seeing him to this day."
"Excellent Medical Provider. Know in advance: this doctor does not utilize insurance. This is a CASH ONLY medical doctor. If you don't have cash, don't go. He is not a hospital or free clinic. Dr Coulter is approachable and intelligent, and I recommend him. He will NOT help you defraud your insurance company or fake your disability. Don't go there for either of those reasons and then leave a bad review. This doctor does not put up with scammers, and several have tried him and ended up posting long tirades on how bad he treated them. I think this practice is a valuable addition to the local medical establishment."
"I have chronic lupus and a degenerating bone disease with no insurance so it makes it hard for me to see proper doctors and specialist such as rheumatologist and bone doctors but with the help of Doctor Colter and his staff I'm able to maintain a healthy life free of flare ups and pain . He has helped me when noone else has I owe him my life. I highly recommend him to anyone he takes time to listen and he really cares his staff is friendly and very professional and the wait time is under 15 mins . He has saved my life and made me be able to have all the medication I need to control my illness something that without his help I could die from.He is the first doctor that took time to help and who actually care I feel that every doctor here in Mississippi needs to take classes from him and his staff"
