"This is an amazing and wonderful establishment that helps people out with medical and/or dental work. They are operating by only volunteers and donations. They helped my family and I in a time of need with a life threatening abscess tooth that we otherwise couldn't afford at the time. They wrote me a bottle of antibiotics that eliminated the pain and infection.Then they removed it for me free of charge. I thank god for them they truly are a blessing to us and the community."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ASKING THESE PEOPLE FOR HELP if you need a refill of a prescription. REGISTERED NURSE DOES NOT KNOW THAT XRAYS DON’T SHOW NERVES!! I met with an unpleasant bleach-blonde RN that was so insecure, she actually had a list of her credentials on her nametag: R.N., Ph. D, various other acronyms, etc. (I should have listed my degrees and accomplishments too, maybe I would have been treated with a modicum of respect.) I brought proof that I have been on 2 medications, one for nerve pain and another, neither were narcotic nor controlled substances. When asked for my medical history I gave it, including when my skull was fractured at the sutures as a baby. The RN with the PhD stated it back to me, adding that I been brain damaged from the accident! This never happened! I’m can only guess this woman was saying this because she was in a position to turn me away and if I was rude in return she could. I was patient and polite. There was no reason she should have treated me this way. The rude “blonde” then told me that I required “follow-ups” and they “would not be helping me because of it,” that I “need to get an Xray to prove my nerve damage.” I politely pointed out that nerves are not visible on Xrays, that a nurse should know that. I had limped into that clinic, wasted 2 hours, I was polite the entire time, I was clearly having trouble walking & was not requesting anything that would cause her a moment’s trouble to give me. Before you waste your time, I thought I would warn you. Do you want a nurse that doesn’t know that nerves DON’T appear on Xrays? One that reinvents your medical history to insult you? The people at the front desk were very kind and professional. If I knew how to cut funding for this clinic I would do it, but they are privately funded."

"In my first review I was going to write I put two stars because it's great it's free, but now it's not even worth the one. I originally came at 11:00 and got sent home even though the hours are "9-12" and "12:30-4" so I was already annoyed. I came back at 12:30 exactly. There were around five people already waiting. They opened the doors and everyone rushed in to get in line, just to be told they can only take 4 more people for the day. That's just ridiculous. Not to mention I went a few days ago for the FLU and got prescribed nasua medication. Now I can't hear out of my left ear and have no where to go. If I could pick a better place with doctors that don't feel up your arms I would."
