"Went for Pilot exam. Nothing was done. The dr just went down a sheet of paper I had already filled out. There was nothing medical about it. All staff were horrible. 10:00am appointment Dr didn't arrive until 11:30am Front staff was rude to numerous patients while I was sitting there waiting. The lady would get loud and very unprofessional over the phone, hang up and then continue to dirty talk them out loud for the entire waiting room to hear."

"If you’re looking for someone who actually listens please find someone else. AFTER being insulted more than once by the doctor and given a dose of medication that is way to high that could lead to an overdose. I will not be back."

"If you're looking for any type of compasion or understanding just find another doctor. We're all human and make mistakes but honesty will get you no where at this clinic. He will seriously kick you straight back to the streets if you mess up 1 time after being a great patient for more than 2 years. Jst syn."

"I was a new patient to be seen. I called and got an appointment within 2 weeks. Upon arrival, I was called back by the nurse in like 3 minutes. I waited in the room for maybe one full minute before Leslie came in. I believe that she is the NP there. She was phenomenal! She actually sat with me for a while and listened to the concerns that I had. I definitely did not feel rushed at all and I feel like I was able to fully explain everything that was going on. She asked a lot of questions to take a deep dive into my medical history. This is the first appointment that I've had with a provider in a while that didn't make me feel like they were ready to get me out the door. Highly highly highly recommend this practice. It was a wonderful experience for the situation that it was."

"Good doctor but I'll be looking for a differnt one because of the nurses and the entire staff. Dr. Martin is older now and he is trying to keep being loyal to his patients but the staff is a joke. None of them are on the same page. They stand around and talk about other paitents private issues in front of other patients. Very unprofessional."
