"As many as I have visited Greenville Miss. this was a 1st for staying at Hotel 27. Walking in I immediately smelled freshness. The room was immaculate. Only one problem the wi-fi even though the password was given. Downtown not far from the casinos. That will be my place to bunk when I visit. Oh yeah, the price wasn't bad. WIN WIN!!!!"

"The exterior of this hotel looks a little an older hotel, but the rooms are really large, very clean and super comfortable and the inside is up to date and looks really great. The front desk staff was amazing and it was in a really convenient location. I will stay here every time I go to Greeneville from now on. The price was great for the room we got and it's also right by a lake in case you feel the need to go fishing or take some photos. Highly recommended, a great place to stay."

"Just want to give an honest review. Room was big and average clean. Has some kind of air freshener blower thing on the 2nd floor that is very strong. Bathroom was average but the shower head wasn't adjustable and not very strong. Water in toilet stayed dirty looking. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very slim. No eggs, bacon or sausage. The building has a lot of character though. Close to the casino."

"Well, to preface this, I write a lot of them and 95%+ are very nice. Pros: inexpensive, quiet, non-smoking, big rooms Cons: damp, bathroom did not want to shut, and there was a cockroach on our table when we got up. We named him Steve and since we are from the far North, we cautiously moved our stuff out of his space and let him be. We politely told the staff and they said we should have squished him. They did not seem to be concerned about the cockroach issue. There are reviews that about about the hotel being in the crappy part of town but to be honest, it is on main street and the town is so small there is not really a bad part."

"This hotel tries hard to deliver and it nearly does. The staff are great, the rooms a fair and comfortable size, but the breakfast a little ordinary. There is a large airy restaurant area to eat, but only a small room to gather your food. If there is someone in there, it is even hard just to use the toaster. It is not the hotels fault that Greenville has not too much to offer, but its the kind of place people just pass through. The casino is within walking distance and offers some reasonably priced food. Don't get too carried away with the service however!"
