"Best place to stay in Greenville! They are super accommodating for us. whoever cleans the rooms between stays does an incredible job! You will not find a nicer set up around! The owners are such great people too!"

"I never even got to stay. I just called to ask about pricing and within about 30 seconds of the receptionist answering I was told that they don’t take anyone after 5 pm. This alone was enough to upset me. After that I asked if she could recommend a hotel and she told me that she didn’t know of any other hotels in the town and that I could just keep looking in other towns she didn’t care either way. So rude. So unprofessional. And southern hospitality??? Forget about it. I make my way down here quite a lot so I was looking for a neat/unique place to stay...needless to stay I will never stay here and I will be sure to let all of my friends and fam know for when they come here to visit me."

"Beautiful loft style boutique hotel. The rooms are very large seperate bedroom and bath from the "living room" Has a kitchen and dishes, washer and dryer in the room, not a coin laundry. Felt very safe and secure. Beautifully decorated. The hotel is between a very nice upscale restaurant The Downtown Grill and the Mercantile burcher shop which serves a southern meat and 3 for lunch. We had a great breakfast at the Greenville landmark Jim's just down the block. Surrounding the lobby space is a florist, 9.15, cute gifts Over all great stay. The fu tire of downtown Greenville is looking up."

"The lofts are very nice and having the downtown grill and butcher downstairs with Mighty Miss brewing around the corner is great. The apartments are well furnished and street parking right in front of the door is plentiful. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that even though they advertise a full kitchen it has only plates, cups, and silverware with no cooking supplies at all. As an overnight guest for 2 nights this makes the kitchen almost worthless. Also overnight guests aren't able to use the elevator since it goes to the gated parking garage and has no access from the street parking. A warning to families, the interior walls don't go to the ceiling so you can hear everything across the apartment even with the doors closed. This makes it tough to watch TV or have a conversation while your kids are sleeping. Still this place is really nice and far superior to any hotel in the area."

"Book at your own risk. I used a travel booking site to reserve a room at the Loft. When I arrived the place appeared abandoned. After making several phone calls to hotel contacts it was apperent they were not going to lift a finger to help us check in. We ended up having to stay at Harlow's Casino that night. The owner eventually contacted my wife via text the following day explaining it wasn't the Loft's fault, but rather the travel booking site. Regardless, the owner knew we were waiting at a restaurant right next to the Loft in order to try and check in. We waited for over an hour and all we got were excuses. Place has a very nice website with good photos of rooms; however if this is kind of service to expect I would highly recommend booking a room elsewhere. In the Loft's defense, I did receive a full refund; however it doesn't make up the fact this place ruined a romantic evening with my wife."
