"They cannot be cleaning the rooms good. You could tell it had not been swept there was dirt all on them. The shower floor had something on it red and the shower itself was dirty. Towels were yellow and stained. I had one face cloth that was white up against the yellow towels. We went to get new ones and those were yellow also. The walls had food on them and splatters of something. The wall above the bed had drips on it that were not wiped. The shade was broke and the sun was coming in in the morning not to mention no privacy. My dads room his shade was broke and the chain was left on the windowsill. He had no phone in the room and the mattress had yellow stains on them. When we returned that night we wanted to come in the back closer to the elevator because my dad cannot walk that far without getting out of breath. We could not get in because the door handle was missing, it was broke off. So we walked over to the other door and it would not work with the key card. The front desk lady had to let us in. Very disappointing. I will never stay here again."
"I’ve stayed here several times a couple days in a rowءoff and on through the months ofAugust and September 2023. Very clean and very comfortable. Hotel looks spotless to me at all times. Only once housekeeping thought I was checking out and knocked on my door a cou Poole times but other than that staff always friendly and helpful. Love the location. Staff always ihelpful and nice."
"They are not cleaning these rooms. I had to speak to someone regarding the matter. Tam was awesome but housekeeping and general staff could do better. Night staff eats while taking personal information, can't get towels, and property is not in good condition when you enter the rooms it goes downhill fast."
"My wife and me stayed at Tru last night. What a mistake. I am in a wheelchair and have a certified service dog. I was supposed to have a 1st floor room with a roll in shower. That room had been given to someone else. I was told that there was that type of room on the 2nd floor but that one is also occupied. There was one on the 3rd floor When my wife and me went to room 310 it had not been cleaned So back back to the front desk we went. The clerk seemed frustrated that I wanted a room. Finally she said room 113 was handicap accessible, but it was not a roll in shower room. I could get electric wheels in the room but not the bathroom All the time I am thinking that there are 4 cars in the parking lot and this is the best you can do? Tired of making a hotel room survey a nd tour.I said ok The room was so small that that I had to ask my wife to put the wheelchair in the car and I would use the support of the walls to get around. I thought I would risk taking a shower. 1 handle bar that I grabbed and the bolt of the bar was not attached to the wall. I looked at it and the bolt had rusted thru and that is not attached to the wall. I was so happy when I saw the hotel in the rear view mirror. I did call once on the road to speak to the manager about my experience. She was not in I did leave the condition of the shower grab bar. I hope it gets fixed before someone get hurt. It is sad with all the competition In hotel market that hilton properties will not be my 1st choice"
"Was told by the check in staff that there were no rooms available, even though two were available on the app. When I mentioned that, she reluctantly agreed to let me check in to room 317. I was Charged for a king room and had two queen beds, and BOTH appeared that they had been laid on, or covers hastily pulled up to appear to be made. Also, one of the beds didn’t have a fitted sheet. ‼️NO TOILET PAPER IN THE ROOM! ‼️The deadbolt didn’t work. We were exhausted and needed to rest, or would have requested a refund. When I woke up, I attempted to use your hairdryer and blew the breaker and was left with a wet person in the shower in the dark and had to ask the front desk to reset the breaker. I do not expect this from Tru by Hilton. This room was over $200 per night. Then they charged a $50 damage fee deposit, causing the initial hold to be almost $300 with the taxes and fees. I could see these types of issues with a lesser brand of hotel, but not Hilton."
