"We love the product but we’ve repeatedly experienced the worst customer service in the industry. We’ve experienced everything from missing orders bc they were left sitting on their loading dock and nobody could find it for weeks (after already billing us) not actually processing thousands of dollars worth of damage claims throughout the year after sending us our credit notifications - we’re so lucky we went through our bank statements and caught it! 8+ week damage claim process, but they expect us to hold all damaged items until they eventually process them, but then badger you with countless requests - EX: saying we need to repallet the item and schedule a semi to pick up (after storing dmg item for weeks) If you’re in need of a reliable, trustworthy supplier…I’d look elsewhere."

"Is not true that you will be load fast here. Time in 9:35, time out 14:45 I wasted all day and left place in rush hours. So 5h plus traffic. Here is not good place to take a live load. I put address on my blacklist. Never more here. God bless people who respect drivers and our time and health."
