"Our daughter was born premature and has some developmental disabilities. As a result, we had a horrible, disrespectful, and infuriating experience with a different daycare (my little sprouts). I feel for the parents on here who have had similar struggles with kids that have special needs. That said, our experience here has been top notch. My daughter has progressed leaps and bounds since she started at Fountainbleau. More importantly, i never worry if she’s being looked after or cared for. Amanda, Ashley, and the rest of the staff constantly communicate with us through the app, whether it’s good news and a photo of her having a great day or concerned updates when she’s not acting like herself. There are only a handful of people outside of family that we would feel comfortable leaving her with. The staff at FCA is high on a short list."

"This daycare was the blessing we prayed for. After sending our child to My Little Sprout in Mandeville where she was neglected, not provided with water, not assisted with eating, separated from the other kids, and trapped in a corner so that she would not get up….I prayed for a center that would meet her at her needs and love her. Her therapist recommended us checking out FCA after seeing and hearing the terrible things that happen to our sweet little girl at My Little Sprout in Mandeville. Once we took a tour of FCA and saw our daughter knock on the classroom door to go in an play, we knew this was the place for her. The staff has supported our little girl, met her where she is based off of her daily needs, and loved her. It warms my heart that she stomps her foot at the front door to go every morning. She absolutely loves it there and it is such a relief to bring her somewhere that she loves and that treats her so well. She truly is treated like one of their own children. Every teacher knows her and her needs and is there to support her with whatever she needs on a daily basis. They have all been so supportive and encouraging watching her develop and meet milestones. Amanda, Ashley, and all of the staff communicate so well and timely and truly want the best for our little girl. We love seeing photos of her throughout the day that they post on their app. We love her being there and would recommend this daycare to absolutely anyone!"

"My daughter has been at this daycare for over two years and I wouldn't want her anywhere else. All of the ladies there are amazing with her. They take the best care of my baby, they accommodate to her needs and wants on a daily basis. They all actually love and care about my daughter, I can go to work without being worried about how she's doing because I know that she's being well taken care of. I couldn't ask for anything more from a daycare. I highly recommend."

"Listen to your kids if they don’t want to be there everyday they might be one of the less favored. My daughter was physically abused and she was not the only one. They gaslit me and the people they make the incident reports to. They conveniently didn’t have the video when they came to review the tapes. They claimed I could not review the tapes because they can’t let me see other students on the tape yet I have tons of images with other students they tryed to play on my disability and definitely abused my child because they knew my child was disabled and could not be completely clear in explaining her day but there is nothing clearer than picking up your child and they show you adult handprints around their arms that lasted weeks and scrapes all over them and they say my teacher did this all the while the school admitting this was not on your child when they were checked in but took no accountability for a lack there of any report on injury’s that transpired during the day and refused to admit the possibility of it being anything other than self injury claiming self harm even though this had never been observed prior to this. Wild that multiple reports had been submitted in the same 30 day period and no incidents were properly reported to both the services and child protective services wonder why they never report to cps could it be due to the repetitive incidents and the knoledge they would not be provided the insight of visits if they were made aware of these ligations from multiple different students I thought they were shut down but the other day I drove by and realized I was mistaken so thought I would bring light to this for other parents who might have misplaced thinking that it is not the daycare it’s just them having some separation anxieties I regret everyday that I did not listen to her cry’s with more attention she was telling me all along there was something going on beware they have favorites there and the employees are vague in protection of their jobs that place has secrets we will never know"
