"This is the BEST daycare in town! It’s a smaller daycare so it’s more family like! The kids have a variety of activities and learning exercises done daily. Great place for infants all the way to 4 years old!"

"My child has attended P&L since they were 3 years old and they love being there. Stephanie was there the majority of the time and we never had any issues and my child loves the new director Avia. They always have provided education and care for my child, even when my child wouldn't nap so they provided a quiet alternative. They always check my child for any bruises, cuts, or general marks and alert me if anything happened during the day and rarely gets sick."

"I do not recommend Play and Learn Northshore Academy based on the horrible attitude that I have experienced from Stephanie. The other teachers were decent to deal with and there were never any issues. An ex-employee left a review (surprisingly it is no where to be found now) but it pretty much explains the negative experiences there and also how children are yelled right in their faces. I have witnessed it first hand of how Stephanie in particular would yell at children. I would drop off/pick up my then boyfriend now husband’s son sometimes at Play and Learn. One morning I dropped off my stepson and before there was a chance to say good morning Stephanie is going off on the child about it better be a better day today than yesterday right in-front of me. I do not think that is the best way to start a toddler’s morning. I am not a rude person and I always try to treat others with respect but for some reason anytime I showed up Stephanie would always have a disgusting attitude towards me and I did not do anything towards her I would just be dropping off or picking up the child. The other teachers were nice and there was never any problem. I just did not understand the reason why Stephanie always had a nasty demeanor. She took my kindest for a weakness due to the fact that she even yelled at me on two separate occasions. I was and still am taken back by her behavior because I never once exhibited the same hostility towards her. For her to be a leader or owner of the place her attitude is horrible if she does not like working with children she needs to figure out what will make her happy because taking your frustrations out on others is not good whatsoever. Hopefully by now they have cameras there if you are going to have your children go there to make sure that the adults are acting like the adults and not constantly yelling in the children’s faces."

"My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 8 weeks old. She loves the teachers so much that she can't wait to go. They always have fun activities (bounce house, paw patrol or elmo visit, petting zoo, etc.) I trust these ladies and know when my girl is there she is safe and is being taken care of just as if she was a relative. I would recommend this daycare."

"This is a very professional place and I have never had one complaint to say about this facility and their staff. The are very respectful and my child comes home telling me the new things he has learned everyday. I have been using them since 2014 when my child was born."
