"Hina was not helpful at all and turned my mother and niece away due to age and time left in the school year. We obviously know how much time is left and wanted help regardless. If the assessments are only for Elementary grades that should be on the website somewhere. Customer service was pleasant and advised that children up to high school are offered services. It's probably a good thing she was so rude and condescending, I don't want someone "teaching" my niece that's so dismissive and not willing to respectfully and professionally address people."
