"Went about a week ago after placing about a $20 order on the app. I arrived at around 7:30 pm and there was no line......Awesome! Then I waited at the speaker for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer so I could let them know about my app order. They never showed......Not Awesome! Drove up to the first window and there wasn't an employee in sight. Drove to the front of the restaurant and could see from the front of the store to the back through the glass window. I didn't see a single person in the kitchen or dining area. All the lights were on though......ridiculous."
"Asked for bean burrito with no jalapeno sauce since I'm allergic and they added extra, then didn't give my mom a veggie pizza and put meat on it instead."
"I ordered a chicken quesadilla combo with a chicken chipotle melt on the side. The chicken chipotle melt was cold with shredded cheese, obviously not melted. My quesadilla was not cut. Also they didn’t include napkins in the bag"
"I just want to know why would anyone serve this even after knowing it looked like this. My entire car smells burnt front this. My whole meal is burnt. Y’all can’t expect someone to spend they hard earned money on burnt lunch. 10 out of 10 for do not recommend! Go to Wendy’s next door. Save your time and your money"
