"Unfortunately Google does not offer the option of leaving a negative number of stars- as that would adequately represent my experience with Kroger pharmacy. After calling and verifying that prescription had been called in by my physician, and that the medication was in stock, I was told it’d be an hour-long wait for my prescription. I understand things take time, so I waited over a hour, then asked for time off work to go pick up my medication, only to be told it’ll be close to another hour. If you cannot stand by your word, then simply don’t give a time."

"One of the worst pharmacy’s in the area. The lines are extremely long and it takes 30+ minutes to help customers in the drive-thru. They need more than one tech handling the customers inside the store and more than one in the drive-thru during peak hours. That’s common sense. If it will takes more than 5 minutes to service a customer tell them to come inside. No one wants to wait for 45 minutes for one customer. Do better Kroger!"

"The pharmacy does not have enough employees to accommodate the amount of clinton residents that need prescriptions. I waited in line for 45 minutes today only to be met with a rude pharm tech and a prescription that wasn’t ready, despite me getting a text."

"This Kroger is the closest to me so I come here often. The store is always clean. Mostly I shop at night so I don’t see many employees but the night greeter Nicole is always nice and has a smile. My only real beef with this Kroger is the item selection. For example they have French toast sticks but not French toast so i have to shop my French toast somewhere else. Next they only have American cheese slices, no cheddar. The only cheddar is Kroger brand but not sliced. Why 5 different kinds of American cheese, no cheddar? This was the only store I’ve found around that had Tennessee Pride turkey sausage then bam none for the past two years maybe. What’s up with that? Last I think someone different is making the cakes because they have been lacking that special touch for a few months. But overall I put up with it all because they stay open until 12 and even when i trying to creep in 10 minutes before they close to grab something they’re always nice about it."

"Great job most of the time...not so much July 2021. Great job with Covid vaccines. At least one diva works here..seems to have an attitude. I try to always be polite and understanding but why ask me to wait a minute..walk off never to return. Someone else finally stepped up.. very disheartening that times and procedures continue to change and a person never knows until they arrive as to protocol. ."
