"If you don’t get shellac on your toes - beware. They will repeatedly ask you if you want to get gel even if you don’t want it. After the 4th time being asked if I wanted gel for my pedicure and saying no, my nail tech laughed and said “Cheaper!” I was very offended by that because not everyone wants shellac on their toes! To insult a customer because you think that they are being “cheaper” simply because they do not want the service you recommend is ignorant and ridiculous. They are inconsiderate and money hungry. Just try another nail salon in Clinton."

"The customer service is wonderful, everyone is nice , but this one worker was extremely rude with my daughter when she was getting her nails done, my daughter is young and i guess she was moving her hand too much. And he was just rough with her and i didn’t like it at all but i understand when it’s getting late and they are ready to head home but I would like if you guys tell your staff that they need to learn not to get so frustrated."

"Got my eyebrows waxed the girl put the wax on my eyelids which they immediately became irritated and now my left eyelid is swollen. So bad I had to put ice on it. My eyes have been hurting and feeling raw and irritated since the wax. She also dropped wax in my eyelash and I’m still trying to get it out without pulling my eyelash out. I was very disappointed and will never go back there."

"Customer service is GREAT but this was my first time going and my nails already coming off and I got them done last week yea NO I paid $55 I wouldn’t recommend the man I went to for nails maybe it was a bad day idk he kept restarting I should’ve known ! lol but lesson learned the shape was also not great he tried fixing it the best he could but idk"
